The PhD studentship is part of the project “Refugee Migration to the South-East Coast: Adolescent Mental Health Experiences, Provision for Refugee Minors, and Political Debates in the Domain of Public Health”.

The interdisciplinary, qualitative study will analyse adolescent refugees’ and mental health practitioners’ experiences. The knowledge and inter-sectorial networks generated will support the improvement of local and national responses to refugee mental health and importantly, the ethical governance of a vulnerable under-researched group.

University of Brighton funds students undertaking Masters + PhD programmes (1+3 funding) and stand-alone PhD programmes (+3 funding).
