The film Mount Zion, la historia que habito (Mount Zion, the story I live) is made by Francesca Rauchi, Francesca Correr, and Irene Beydals as a visual thesis for their master in Visual Anthropology at the University of Barcelona. Irene Beydals is currently doing her Master here at the Department of Social Anthropology.

Mount Zion, la historia que habito is the story of Ams, Yaya, and Yaguemar, immigrants from West Africa living in Spain. They lived together in an occupied warehouse in Barcelona, from where they were displaced. Losing, beside a house, also their income. Now every one of them is reorganizing their lives according to their priorities and future projects.

After the screening there will be a discussion and question and answer session with Irene Beydals.
