Seminar about Collaboration and about what used to be called “The Third Task” (ie communicating research to a wider audience).

On collaboration projects in society

On reaching out to, and be available for, media

On communicating (in writing or otherwise) one’s research beyond academia

What do we do? How do we do this? What more do we want to do? How can we work with these issues at the Department? A few of the researchers at the Department start off the seminar by sharing their experiences of collaborations, communicating research to a broader audience and participating in media.

Most of the seminar will be dedicated to a collective exchange of experiences and open discussion about these important issues. The purpose of the seminar is to gather ideas and suggestions of how we at the Department can move forward and work better with all of this.
